Movement is Medicine: This talk discusses what great mental health looks like, both in the workplace and at home, and how it’s possible to improve it through the simple act of movement.  People who move together work better together. William explains how to use Empathy Walks to build stronger communities and workplaces with enhanced leadership and productivity.

Authenticity – How to Use Awareness, Acknowledgement, and Acceptance to Become Unapologetically You: In the digital age, many people are finding themselves overwhelmed and confused by excess choice, identity politics and a world that seems to move at 1000mph+. This talk explores identity, relationships and energy, illustrating the powerful link between the true self and happiness.

Authenticity – The New Superpower and How Being Real Matters: This talk explores common misunderstandings about what authenticity really means and looks at the way in which individuals and corporations can improve relationship strategies both within and outside of themselves. Based in part on William’s personal experience as a psychotherapist, and the work of the noted Austrian philosopher Martin Buber, this talk explores the magic that emerges when people say what they mean and mean what they say.
