Northbank Speakers highlight December 2024

It’s been another fantastic few months for Northbank Speakers. Here are some highlights.

Chris Grant OBE held a keynote at an internal event for a major telecommunications company. As one of the UK’s leading facilitators, Chris’s ingenious, tailored and interactive keynotes engage the whole group, banishing any idea of ‘audience’ and instead making everyone an active participant in their own learning. As the event organiser agreed:

The event was a brilliant success!… An even bigger thank you to Chris, he was amazing! Lots of people were very grateful and appreciative of what he shared and how he portrayed it all. Chris had listened brilliantly to what the team had wanted, with integration of the whole team, and there was a buzz of energy for the rest of the day. It was great to see and the team really took on board what Chris had said.

Tim Gregory World Sustainability Congress

Dr Tim Gregory spoke at the World Sustainability Congress, held in the unique venue The Garden of Amsterdam. Many attendees described his talk, on nuclear power’s role in achieving net zero, as a highlight of the event, ‘insightful and impactful’ and an ‘amazing presentation’.

Dr Kevin Fong spoke to professionals in the healthcare sector for a dinner hosted by law firm Gowling at the historic Royal College of Surgeons. He left the audience entertained and inspired with some incredible anecdotes from his time at NASA to his thoughts on government reforms and upcoming innovation in healthcare.

Journalist, broadcaster and CALM ambassador Sam Delaney brought his unique, accessible and highly enjoyable approach to men’s mental health to a talk for a global cosmetics firm.
